 To use the services provided by IMS Rocks you must be of legal age to form a binding contract with IMS Rocks and must not be banned from such useage or contractual obligations by the laws that govern the country where you currently reside.

In order to use our services you must first agree to accept our terms and conditions(herin referred to as Terms).  If you do not accept the Terms you cannot use our services.

You acknowledge and agree that services may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that if IMS Rocks disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the the County of Essex, Ontario, Canada. In the event that a dispute arises from these Terms you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Essex County, Ontario, Canada.
