Jennifer Goddard is the founder and CEO of Integrity Marketing Solutions, a marketing agency that has worked exclusively with estate planning and elder law firms for more than three decades. An award-winning journalist by training, she earned her Bachelor of Journalism in newspaper publishing from the University of Missouri–Columbia and later completed an MBA in business strategy and leadership at Michigan State University. As managing editor of a daily newspaper, she led coverage that earned numerous awards from the Missouri Press Association and was honored for Excellence in Journalism by the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
Before founding Integrity Marketing Solutions, Jennifer led marketing across several industries—as director of public relations at a private university, a marketing executive at the largest health care delivery system in the Midwest, and chief marketing officer at a Midwest regional banking system—and served as practice manager at Kyle E. Krull, P.A.—the estate planning firm now known as Harvest Law KC—where she saw firsthand how the right marketing transforms a practice.
She is the author of The Estate Planning Reset™ and a frequent speaker on legal marketing and practice growth at industry organizations including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and WealthCounsel, as well as WealthCounsel regional forums and state bar events.
Jennifer’s work spans the newsroom, higher education, health care, banking, and an estate planning practice—experience that informs how IMS approaches authority, communication, and firm growth.
As managing editor of a daily newspaper, Jennifer led coverage that earned numerous Missouri Press Association awards and was honored for Excellence in Journalism by the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
